If you get bored off all your camper food and don’t feel like rice or pasta, then lets make tortilla wraps! You only need some flour, water and oil. With a can of beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, white cabbage, or what ever you have left in your little kitchen, you can put in….it’s easy, delicious and cheap!
Mix the ingredients and knead until it’s flexible. Make 6 or 8 balls.

Put some flour on your table and on the rolling pin (or a bottle of wine). Roll the ball flat, pick it up, turn a quarter, make it flat, pick it up, turn a quarter, make it flat, and repeat until your tortilla wrap is the right size and thin enough.

Bake it in a dry pan short (about 1 or 1,5 minute each size)

Ingredients (for 2-3 persons):
300 gram of flour (or integral)
1 teaspoon salt
125 ml cold water
6 spoons oil

Suggestion:
– Great food to make with children!! It’s for them like playing with edible clay.
– Add a little bit more water if the dough is too dry
– Add some corn flour for a Mexican sweet taste.
– Add herbs to the dough. Like cumin seeds for an indian taste.

So what do we eat on the road? This is a food blog for people who live on wheels and/or with a tiny kitchen, most of the time dependent on long shelf life products or just a few fresh products. It needs to be easy but tasteful!
