CHILE/ARGENTINA – After 5 months of travel and missing family, Kaspers brother came to Santiago to visit us. It was so exiting to pick him up from the airport! Far in the South…
PATAGONIA – After staying in the hospital and cabana (tiny house) for more then two weeks we are very happy to get back on the road and live in our own house, on wheels, again. It feels really good!
Fly high, fall deep, get back up!
PATAGONIA – We are still driving south and the landscape has transformed quite a lot. The green is gone, say hello to brown and yellow. The spaces are wide and open, almost desert-like sometime, but there is a lot of live. We see foxes, a magnificent owl, guanacos, nandu, a skunk, armadillos and many other animals.
Patagonian Summer
PATAGONIA – We are travelling at a slower pace now. We sometimes stay three or four nights in the same places, we relax, bake bread and catch fish. From time to time we are still wondering what we are doing here in this far-away land, but we enjoy it more and more.
Hit the road!
PATAGONIA – After staying a month with our friends we finally got the right feeling to hit the road! We enjoyed it a lot in our little private jungle, that’s why it was difficult to leave. But we came to South America in a rolling house, so let’s do it!

On wheels to Africa
2014 – We gaan op avontuur met de camper naar Afrika! Na ruim een jaar klussen aan ons zelfgebouwde camper, rijden we weg vanuit Nederland. In Spanje pakken we de boot naar Marokko. Na een lange periode te verblijven in Marokko, rijden we door naar de Westelijke Sahara, Mauritanië en Senegal. Continue Reading
Samenwonen in een camper
HAARZUILENS 2014 – Het heeft even geduurd, maar het is zover. 26 oktober 2013 gaan Kas en Laila samenwonen. Wel te verstaan in een Iveco 4×4 busje. Afgelopen twee jaar zijn we bezig geweest om de oude Belgische ME bus om te toveren naar een goed rijdende 4×4 geprepareerde camper. Nu voorzien van een dakluik, watertank, keukentje met gasfornuis en kraan, wc, opbergruimte, extra diesel jerrycans, compressor, reserve wiel, bankjes, tafel, koelkast, stroom (huishoudaccu’s), verlichting en zelfs verwarming. Een klein huisje op wielen.
